Heather Barber, MA, ADDC, CSAT, CSPT, CSST
Administrative Director & Family Specialist
Heather has a Master’s in Community Counseling from Northwest Christian University and is pursuing licensure as an Addiction Counselor along with certifications in play, art, and sand tray therapies. As Administrative Coordinator, she works closely with children, couples, and families build stronger relationships.

Andrew W. Barber, PhDC, LPC, LAC, MFTC, CSAT, CSPT, CSST
Clinical Supervisor & Family Specialist
Andrew has a Master’s in Community Counseling from Northwest Christian University and is completing a Post Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. He is licensed in addiction and professional counseling and is a marriage and family therapy candidate. Andrew holds certifications in play, sandplay, and art therapies, specializing in supporting children, youth, and families.

Eleonora Juliana, Ph.D., LMFT, LAC, RPT
Clinical Director | AAMFT Approved Supervisor, Clinical Fellow
Eleonora is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Addiction Counselor in South Carolina, Colorado, and Utah. Additionally, she is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and Clinical Fellow, and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor™. Dr. Juliana is the founder of South Carolina Therapy Group in Hilton Head, SC, and Colorado Therapy Group in Denver, CO.

Family Specialist
Grace is a Licensed Addiction Counselor and Clinical Social Work Candidate with certifications in play, art, and sand tray therapies. As Clinical Director at Colorado Therapy Group, she works with individuals, families, and clients of all ages, focusing on trauma and creating collaborative healing environments.

Family Specialist
Zenovia completed a Master’s in Community Counseling from the University of Phoenix and is working toward licensure as a professional and addiction counselor. She helps clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.

Liz Pszanka, MEd, MA, LPCC
Family Specialist
Liz is completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at Adams State University and is an intern at Colorado Therapy Group. She is pursuing licensure as an addiction and professional counselor. A USAF service member since 1995, Liz advocates for survivors of sexual trauma and focuses on treating anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Family Specialist
Michala has a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University and is a Licensed Addiction Counselor and Professional Counselor Candidate. She holds certifications in marriage and family therapy, play, art, and sand tray therapies, focusing on addiction and trauma therapy for children and families.

Family Specialist
Sarah holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health with a focus on marriage and family therapy from Colorado Christian University. She is working toward licensure as a marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, and addiction counselor, supporting individuals, couples, and families in addressing personal challenges.

Family Specialist
Stephanie has worked in addiction and mental health since 2013. She has a Bachelor’s in Human Services from Metropolitan State University and a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Denver. Stephanie is a Certified Addictions Specialist and Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate, working with trauma and supporting client growth.

Family Specialist
Lisa holds a Master’s in Psychology with a focus on addictions from Purdue University Global. She is a Licensed Addiction Counselor with certifications in marriage and family therapy, play, art, and sandplay therapies. Lisa tailors her work to individual client needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
